Friendly Waters Seasports offers basic to instructor level courses for Technical & Recreational training programmes. Open Circuit and Close circuit Rebreather courses. The class and pool sessions will all be held in the evening at 20 Upper Circular road (The Riverwalk), which is located close to Clarke Quay MRT Station. ENRICHED AIR NITROX
Nitrox is a breathing gas that has a lot of benefits for both new and experienced divers. This course will cover the use of nitrox mixtures from 22 to 40 percent oxygen.
CPR 1ST & AED
This course is designed to teach individuals the proper techniques to safely administer cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR), emergency oxygen (O2) , first aid, and automatic external defibrillator (AED).
EQUIPEMENT TECHNICIAN
This course is designed to give an in-depth look at how dive equipment works. It will cover general repairs and maintenance of various types of exposure suits, BCD’s, regulators, and other accessories.
OXYGEN TECHNICIAN
This course enables the successful candidate to engage in the preparation of scuba equipment for Technical Diving Gases. The objective of this course is to provide training in the proper procedures required for oxygen equipment cleaning.
NITROX GAS BLENDER
The objective of this course is to train candidates in the proper techniques, equipment requirements and hazards involved in blending nitrox gases for recreational scuba diving activities.
MIXED GAS BLENDER
The objective of this course is to train candidates in the proper procedures needed for the preparation and blending of high quality Nitrox and Trimix gases for use in technical diving.
